Cancellation of Custom Orders

There are no cancellation or refund options for custom or made-to-order products, as these items are specifically produced for your order.

These units are tailor-made as per your request or created upon your order. The moment your order is placed, the manufacturing process starts. Rest assured, your warranty ensures a fully functional product. If there's any confusion regarding whether your order is custom-made or made-to-order, feel free to message or call us.

All sales of custom-made and made-to-order products are considered final.

Product Refunds and Returns

Should you wish to exchange your product, it is possible. However, any shipping charges associated with returns and exchange processes will be borne by you, the customer.

Given the exponential increase in LTL/freight shipping costs, any direct returns will attract a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. However, if you are replacing the product, we may assist with some costs, subject to the particular product.

Delivery Times

We commit ourselves to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. We provide estimated delivery times on the product pages. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 5-7 business days.

I am aware that I need to inspect the package upon arrival, document any damage, take pictures, and send them to [your store name] within 24 hours of delivery.
I recognize that I am liable for the cost of return shipping and the shipping cost of a new product in the event of a refund or exchange.
I comprehend that products should be returned unopened and unused. Additional restocking fees may apply.
I understand that if my order has been shipped, I cannot receive a full refund.
I am aware that if I return my order post-shipment, I will bear any return shipping fees and restocking fees, typically around 25%.
Damages

We urge you to inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you spot any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) suffer damage upon arrival, please send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to [email], and we will file an insurance claim on your behalf. To validate a freight damage claim, photos and videos must be submitted within 24 hours of arrival. Any visible exterior damage or punctures must be reported within the same time frame.

Warranty

Different manufacturers offer varying warranties - check individual product pages for specifics. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, it is not considered a warranty claim.

Returns

As a default, Body Currents (Seven Currents LLC) holds customers responsible for all return shipping charges or re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Every product comes with a guaranteed warranty policy - ensuring you receive a fully operational product without any unexpected expenses on your end - check individual product pages for specifics.

BOGO Promotions

During a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned to get a full refund. If only one of the two items is returned, you will receive a replacement of that item or store credit equivalent to the value of that item when bought separately. If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges and potentially a restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the order placement.

Chargebacks

Given this, any customer who files a fraudulent chargeback will be legally accountable for theft. If you haven't received a product, or if there's a problem with a product you did receive, please reach out to us, and we will help you resolve your issue.
